At PACE Pacific Corporation, SAFETY is a state of mind that exists every day, every hour and every minute. Safety is the foundation of the most important task we strive to achieve.
The safety culture at Pace Pacific Corporation involves the most important task: to adopt our safety culture every day of our lives, whether at home, at work, traveling or participating in any activity.
• Our policy is to accomplish work in the safest manner, consistent with good work practices.
• PACE has established a written Health and Safety Plan to provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and those on the project site.
• Management at every level is charged with the task of ensuring this policy RESULTS IN positive actions and results.
At PACE, we feel that SAFETY should never be sacrificed for production. It must be considered an integral part of quality control, cost reduction and job efficiency.
PACE plans to achieve worker safety and health through the following:
• Using qualified safety personnel.
• Making regular job site safety inspections.
• Enforcing the use of safety equipment.
• Following safety procedures and rules.
• Providing on-going safety training.
• Enforcing safety rules and using appropriate discipline.
